Day one: the best experience ever! So kind and warm welcome. Day two: the headache. Staff were unaware of in-house financing even though I spoke to the doctor over the phone who said everything would be fine. Then, I told them I have pre-existing anxiety. They gave me a mild sedative. Which did not work. I was kicking and squeezing the exam bed. The doctor and help were amazing. Don’t get me wrong they did great. My advice; if you have ptsd and anxiety go somewhere else or get medication elsewhere.
Had LASIK about 4 years ago, but now when I try too schedule my yearly exam am told I need to go see their "partner" in a totally different clinic. This is not acceptable to me and poor business. They get you in then further appointments are with another clinic on Highway 55.
