I heard nightmares about getting a mortgage but when I met Will and saw how patient and knowledgable he was I knew getting my mortgage was a dream that would come true. He answered every question we had and always made us feel like we were the most important clients he had. I would refer him to everyone I know that needs a mortgage.

All in all I'm satisfied with the outcome. Just need to be more proactive on updates or a little heads up on upcoming needed documents to have time to prepare and don't have to hustle trying to get everything done.

The first time I bought a home a few years back, I did not do any of the work because I had someone else do all the work for me. William was extremely patient and very helpful during the refinance of our home. I highly recommend him as well as Residentia Home Funding. He answered all of my MANY questions and walked me through the entire process. William was always accessible and easy to reach, whether, via phone, text, email, etc. Great customer service.

William was always on top of my whole process. He answered all questions good or bad. He came to my house and went over my mortgage rate, the pre-approval, and etc. He must of sent me around 5 pre-approval forms because of the seller situation. I would recommend William to anyone to make this process as easy as mine was. I heard nightmare stories and William met all time lines before their dates.
