William was always on top of my whole process. He answered all questions good or bad. He came to my house and went over my mortgage rate, the pre-approval, and etc. He must of sent me around 5 pre-approval forms because of the seller situation. I would recommend William to anyone to make this process as easy as mine was. I heard nightmare stories and William met all time lines before their dates.

William worked tirelessly to make sure we got our home.Our closing was something of a goat rodeo - we were new to buying and made some rookie mistakes that complicated things unnecessarily - but through it all William was accessible, took our calls, answered our questions, and walked us through all the documentation we needed.Getting a mortgage can be intimidating. It helps to have somebody calm and determined to help you along. William was that guy for us.
