Will was recommended by a friend. My husband and I bought our first house and Will helped us all the way. He was honest, very knowledgeable and always available to answer all our questions. He made our first experience so easy and on top of it we got great rate for our mortgage. We will definitely be using him again and recommend him to all our friends.
Being a first time homebuyer is always a frightening experience. Will was able to walk us through the process step by step. I knew at any time of day or night I could give him a call and he'd have no problem answering. He offers a level of customer service that is extremely hard to find these days. And according to our lawyer who helped us at the signing, we got a great rate and closing costs for the time period when we purchased our home. Would definitely recommend using Will.

Will is a class act, very professional and knowledgeable. However, what I liked most about dealing with him is that he never used industry jargon or took for granted that I understood something and always took the time to make sure I was clear every step of the way. To say he went out of his way on several occasions would be an understatement. This was my first home purchase so I have no frame of reference, but I have a hard time imagining that anyone could have done a better job. I recommend him highly.
When helping with our refinance, William did an amazing job helping us not only understand it, but also bringing us to a great quote. Any questions we had before and after, William did not hesitate in picking up the phone and assisting us ( at any time do day). He's great at what he does.
Will never left us hanging. We had some complicated circumstances regarding our original 403K loan and the following refinancing, and he was able to help us navigate the process as smoothly as possible. I would recommend Will to anyone looking to refinance.
After we talk I sent him all documents and he never get back to me l call him and ok second day it will be you first I all you and is a month went through and he never call back
