When I visited their store in search of gas logs, the sales staff ignored me. They were much more interested in talking and laughing amongst themselves instead of helping me. They seemed put out that I even asked a question. Do yourself a favor and find another vendor. This company and their staff suck.
RecommendedJoe was the service tech that came and fixed up our fireplace and got it in working order. He was absolutely amazing. He was very professional and taught us a lot about what we needed to know. I can't recommend him enough.

Our logs were installed today. Our experience with William Smith was great - Tony, our sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly and accommodating - he answered any and every question we had along the way. The installation guys were so nice and prompt and got the logs installed in no time. We love the way the logs look - they make our living room so cozy - just in time for the cooler weather. :) Thanks William Smith - we'll certainly recommend you to friends and family.

When I finally found Steve with WS Fireplace it had been months of headaches of working with people giving me broken promises and water leaking into my house every time it rained because the tarps would blow off. Steve had his guys out the next day tarped my chimneys securely to handle the coastal storms and priced my caps reasonable and replaced within a week. We were blessed to have found them and they were great to work with. ��
