Our logs were installed today. Our experience with William Smith was great - Tony, our sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly and accommodating - he answered any and every question we had along the way. The installation guys were so nice and prompt and got the logs installed in no time. We love the way the logs look - they make our living room so cozy - just in time for the cooler weather. :) Thanks William Smith - we'll certainly recommend you to friends and family.

When I finally found Steve with WS Fireplace it had been months of headaches of working with people giving me broken promises and water leaking into my house every time it rained because the tarps would blow off. Steve had his guys out the next day tarped my chimneys securely to handle the coastal storms and priced my caps reasonable and replaced within a week. We were blessed to have found them and they were great to work with. ��

We made an appt for servicing a fireplace insert about 7 days ago. Received 2 calls to make sure that we were available for our appt. Their technicians arrived 30 minutes early today and had the insert serviced and complete in less than a hour. We were concerned about the cleanup. There was zero cleanup. Everything was done very professionally and I felt that the service charge was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this company and its employees.
