Horrible experience. We spent 10k with these people and regret it. From incorrect measurements, to late installers, to incorrect invoicing, to an owner who couldn't care less, it was awful. The fireplace itself is very nice but the experience with this particular company was frustrating and very disappointing.

After being given wrong or misleading information at every step along the way; from salespeople who didn’t understand their industry and it’s guidelines, to installers who seemed indifferent to the property they work on or the final fit of their installation, we finally had to pull the plug on this company. After over three plus months and several phone calls made to this company we finally have a fireplace! We should have known this job might be a problem when the sales person sold us the wrong size logs for the fireplace that they were installing! The fireplace hood was defective, making the unit off center ...this took several phone calls to finally rectify! The mantle which they did take back was not what we ordered!!
