Willow Creek gives GREAT customer service! The receptionists are always nice (which I've found is hard to find in Chico). Recently, I had a small issue with my insurance. Everyone was understanding, patient, and helpful. They send out text messages appointment reminders...great perk! In addition, the dental hygienists and dentists are great at explaining exactly what they are going to do so there are no surprises.

Julie did an excellent job cleaning my teeth yesterday and it was very nice to meet Dr. Mike. Such a good experience that I am going back tomorrow for a crown replacement :] .

I recently had my six-month checkup and cleaning. Debbie is an amazing hygenist, and the whole staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.It is nice to be welcomed by name when I enter the reception area.The office is very lovely also.

Debbie is a wonderful dental hygienist! She is very thorough, but never causes any pain during my teeth cleaning.
