Dr. Mike Muff told me to expect some pain after my procedure but I'm happy to report no pain. Overall had a great experience. Thank you

Every visit has been good, i left happy. But this last time the person doing my cleaning hurt me pretty bad. I had what felt and tasted like a mouth full of blood, and no matter how much i flintched or jumped in pain she never took a break. Nor did she warn me or explain why it huet so bad. She was friendly before and after with a smile.

Everything went smoothly and Nicki was friendly and efficient with help from her assistant, Deb, I think. She gave me good tips to address problem areas and set up a future appointment in a timely manner.

I have been a patient here for many many years, and have always been greeted with a friendly face when I got there for my appointment. Today, the receptionist's chair was empty, so I just signed in and sat down. (sigh) sadly, change is hard for some of us. On the upside, Debbie is an amazing hygienist, and always makes me feel #1. I miss Dr's Lim and Seidenstricker, but I am sure once I get to know Dr. Muff and find the receptionist, I will start to feel like I belong again.
