I was in the chair ten minutes after I signed in for my appointment and was told the work would take an hour. The work was completed in less time than that and we agreed not to use the numbing up process, though it was my option to request it. A filling in a nearby tooth was redone at the same time and the expert tech kept a cold stream of water on the area to be cleaned and filled. In summary, "No pain and all gain!"

I'm still alive! Credit goes to the great skill of Dr. Lim and his assistant. Wow, if a body has to endure a painful tooth, it is great to have a dentist who can tackle the job without undo stress and pain. I don't know anybody who LOVES to go to the dentist (it is kinda like getting your car repaired) but if you have to go, WILLOW CREEK DENTISTRY is the place!
I thought no one could provide the level of care we experienced from Dr. Lund for over 20 years. However, Dr. Mike has continued the tradition of excellence set by Dr. Lund. He is extremely skillful, conscientious and sensitive to the needs of patients. For routine maintenance, Julie is a very competent dental hygienist. All the office staff are friendly and helpful.
I enjoy that the staff is congenial and helpful.
I love coming here because you encourage me and don't hurt me. You are also very friendly and kind. I like selection of drinks that you offer while I am waiting. I just never get to drink them very much before you call me back to the exam room. You are thorough and easy to talk to. I always get a new toothbrush. Thank you.
I hate the experience of the dentist so I can't honestly give it 5 stars, but I appreciate Dr. Muff's rapport and his description of everything as he does it.
The procedures were easily tolerated and I appreciated your perceptive responses to my blinks and minor flinches. I finally could feel my nose around 1:00 p.m.! That anesthetic was great. Thanks, Andrea
