I brought my car to the dealership due to a dashboard warning to "check headlight." As I already assumed, they recommended replacing the bulbs at a cost of $115, which I agreed to. However, when I came to pick up the vehicle, I was surprised to learn I was also being charged a $190 diagnostic fee—despite the issue being straightforward and the bulbs already replaced at their recommendation. What has happened to Hyundai! ?! We purchased our car, and the platinum warranty, in 2017. For years we had wonderful experiences with other Hyundai dealerships… and then we took our vehicle to Wilson County Hyundai. Be afraid, be very afraid to take your Huyndai to Wilson Count Hyundai (herearfer written as "WCH") service department. Taking my 2015 Hyundai Sonats on 01/04/2025 for its regular maintenance procdure lef me with a key fob that was broken by WCH personnel. Philip McDonald promptly explained that the broken fob would be replaced & I would be informed when the replacement would be ready. My brother, who is partially disabled, has taken his 2018 Hyundai, to Wilson County Hyundai for repeated engine issues. Every time they charge another $185 for a diagnostic fee and then $185 per hour for labor. A few weeks ago he took it in due to engine issues and was charged over $500 for a $35 part and 1/2 hour of labor. I am getting bounced around from scheduler to a service to parts. Now I'm calling back and only getting leave a message. After the operator answers, this is a terrible. Very frustrating thing. I am having to go through with this dealership.
Purchased an extended warranty for my new Hyundai from the dealership. Traded new car in so didn't need the warranty anymore. Canceled the warranty within 30 days of purchase. Hyundai USA sent refund for the warranty 1 May 2024. Waited and contacted them at then end of May about the refund told i had to wait till the month end finance gets completed and they would send the check. Probably the worst dealership known to man. If you value integrity and honesty. Don’t go here. They lie to the customer and ask staff to lie too. This place is sinking quick and I’ll be surprised if they stay open.

My car was held from October 30 until December 8 to complete 4 recalls. When I attempted to make inquiries it was very difficult to even get through to anyone and when I did I was given conflicting excuses. I would list all the excuses but that would make for a long review. I even tried calling the corporate customer service number and received essentially the same treatment. Horrible service center. Vehicle has less than 19K and they have told me if car is not fixed in a day, oh well so sad, no loaner. I guess I will be living at the dealership in the waiting area. I have no other vehicle. Service Rep Chris was very condescending and unsympathetic. Do not use this service center. The transmission is going and I fear for my life trying to merge on the interstate!
