"RECALL " Took in for two recalls on my Santa Fe engine inspection and secondary hood latch cable replacement.Told the person that took my keys no oil change. I had just changed my oil with THE BEST Mobile 1 you can buy.Told the service advisor just engine inspection and hood cable.They changed my oil and filter as part of the recall even after me telling the person that took my keys no oil change.This not the first time that they have put the wrong oil in my car.But it is the last.Take your Hyundai to COOL SPRINGS HYUNDAI

I do recognize that we had a communication error and I take full responsibility for my staff. However, it is a mixed message at best to say you don't need an oil change but you do want the recall campaign done on the vehicle. Recall Campaign 162 requires that we remove and replace the oil in your vehicle as a step in the process (at no cost to you). Hyundai will not count the recall as done (which I understand is the reason you were here today) if this step is not completed. It is a misstatement to say it is the "wrong oil".... read more

I am sorry you are unhappy that the sealant company does not provide a rental vehicle during the repair they are providing at a third party body shop. We strive to provide great customer service before and after the sale as does Hyundai with America's Best Warranty. If the car were in our shop and we were taking three weeks to repair, a rental car would be provided by Hyundai under the terms of the warranty.
