Horrible service center. Vehicle has less than 19K and they have told me if car is not fixed in a day, oh well so sad, no loaner. I guess I will be living at the dealership in the waiting area. I have no other vehicle. Service Rep Chris was very condescending and unsympathetic. Do not use this service center. The transmission is going and I fear for my life trying to merge on the interstate! I asked for a manager and was on hold for 25 minutes so hope this review helps.

BUYER BEWARE! ! My husband and I bought a new Hyundai Santa Fe in 2018 and loved it. However, July 17, 2022, we were driving down the road and the engine lost power. Little did we know that Hyundai makes substandard engines. Don’t take my word for it; look up the many class action lawsuits. Basically, this “outstanding” warranty is a sales gimmick they use to unload their crappy cars. They have no intention of honoring their warranties. However, in your case, Hyundai (Hyundai corporate - not Wilson County Hyundai) asked us to remove the valve cover and send pictures which we did. This department has declined almost as far as it can go with the employment of front-facing employees who have no business dealing with the public. I purchased my 2015 Sonata Sport from WCH. I have used WCH as my service center for most of the years since that purchase. The morning of my 8 AM routine maintenance appointment, I was first in line to report & check in. Service was terrible. Apparently they are understaffed and too lazy to call people with appointments to reschedule when they are over two hours behind. 

Business response:

Buyer beware this place looks for any excuse to provide less than quality service at their service center. Spend the extra time to drive to a Hyundai Service center in Murfreesboro or Nashville.

Parts department amazing. Sales decent, service poorly staffed been dealing with service repair issue for more then 6 months and it's warranty work. Service department is not equipped to service vehicles they sell. They don't follow up with customer or return calls when they say they will.

"Lying Finance man" While doing the financing, I asked about using State Farm. He said State Farm doesn’t offer Gap Insurance. That is a LIE!! Not only does State Farm offer Gap Insurance, they DON’T charge for it. I’m still waiting to get my REFUND for the Gap Insurance.

Sam, I am sorry you had a bad experience. The Finance person you dealt with is new to the Finance department and comes out of our Chevy Sales department. We have been putting him through continuous training since he started in this job and one of our key tenants is transparency and honesty. "good to their word" Rob was very straight forward and honest with me starting with my online contact with him to meeting him in person. I played hardball with my negotiation tactic in that I didn't tell him that I was paying cash. A price was agreed upon under the condition I financed through the dealer. After telling him that I was ;paying with cash the original offer was upheld. "Know what the rebates are before going in!" Offered me a $1900 discount on this used vehicle. I’m glad I new there was a $3300 discount advertised!! Got very little on my trade. Spent 5 hours here buying a vehicle!
