Winchoice came into our house and gave us a 3-hour sales pitch. It probably would have been only 30 minutes if he did not sit there and bad mouth his competitors. He started at $60,000 and came all the way down to $28000. What the heck!!! That's a big price drop for not even changing anything on the windows. That in itself is a HUGE red flag. Winchoice scheduled an appointment to measure windows, no one showed or called. I have called the customer service number at least four times to verify my appointment. No one returned my calls. I signed the agreements last week and want to void this contract. I need help to stop this madness.

This company uses lies and deception to trick you into getting windows installed in your home, with the financing they really are giving you a credit card and put a fourth of the balance on it and then later they add the rest which shows up on your credit report as a balance increase that can negatively impact your credit score. They never tell you that the financing will be a revolving account, they just straight out lie to you about the financing. When the Win Choice rep was in my home giving his sales pitch for me to commit to purchase their windows without seeking additional bids I was told with absolute conviction that I would receive a 3K tax credit for having energy efficient windows installed. I did not believe the salesman so I clarified several times whether that was correct. My friend was there and heard the same thing I did, that I would receive a $3,000 tax credit for my window purchase with no additional qualifying conditions. I would never use this company. I felt pressured into buying the windows. When I changed my mind I've had nothing but harassing calls. If I could give them - stars I would.

We thought we were getting great windows installed boy were we wrong. We've had windows from another company in our old house, and never had problems except one window was difficult to shut. These windows are awful. They have condensation on every window all winter long. Very wet! Reaching people at the office is impossible. We had one guy come out to try to fix it. Didn't work. Had another guy come out, and he was going to order 2 new windows to replace the two that were the worst, and here we are 4 months later and they do... read more

They talk up the company, then there is no response when you have questions. I have asked at least 3 times now for an itemized bill and a breakdown of all materials and installation charges but have yet to see it. If I do not see a list, I will try to cancel this and they can take the windows somewhere else. At this point I feel as though this was a scam. I want an itemized list. Not sure what will happen if they ruin my house and I have no recourse.

The sales representative, Lee E. L arrived almost 30 minutes late for his appointment. He stayed for a 3hr long demonstration, as he and his boss from Arkansas, Trace P., kept calling each other and changing the pricing for the windows that he said was needed.
