They claim these windows will save lots of money on the power bill - there definitely hasn't been a change in ours like they said it would. They didn't put them in right the first time, came back and supposedly fixed one of them, but it's already messed up, and I found more that are messed up too. And the only service we get is, the next time someone is out in the area they could come by. Customers are not important enough to send someone right away to fix their mistakes. Public Service Announcement! WinChoice USA DOES NOT make or sell Impact Windows. If you have purchased impact windows from WinChoice, you should contact the Texas Board of Insurance immediately and have one of their engineers inspect your windows. If the windows have not been installed yet, the inspection is free and I highly recommend you set up the inspection up yourself as Winchoice cannot be trusted. This is a false post. WinChoice USA provides clients with TDI and Impact products from our partnered manufactures. We do not manufacture impact windows but we are a manufacture of windows that uphold AAMA and Energy Star standards. We did mis-order Mrs. Brooks windows which I stated in our previous reply and also that we offered to replace them with impact windows multiple times. Horrible, they will take over to hours to pressure you into signing up for their very expensive windows. Then they threaten and try to intimidate you if you get a better estimate or warranty from another company..
They could not get me financed. They put white huge stickers all over my windows and just left them. I called them and was told. I need to take them off. I did not put them on. I was told I'm sorry there's nothing we can do about that. They are very sticky and will leave a residue. Not happy!
