We very happy with our windows all 47 of them. We ordered them three different installments bedrooms first, front of house second final and last was last week the last 18 windows installed in living room and dining area very big job. Thankful for all the different professional teams that came and installed my windows and cleaned up after each installation. No stress glad we picked your company. Hi, Chelsie Everything went well with the installation my heart went out to Mr. & Mrs. Smith they are sweet, humble, and their heart and spirit is so welcoming and calm I really and truly enjoyed them being around the house. I've had an extraordinary experience with Winchoice beginning with their Office Manager (Missy). She was professional cordial, courteous and very knowledgeable of every aspect of her company. There was a glitch with one of my windows. Missy kept me abreast at every moment of what the process was in rectifying this little snafu. The rep, Joshua, who came out to give me a quote was on time, professional, and kind. The installers were late due to the distance they had to travel, but were otherwise kind and still finished on time.
From the beginning of us purchasing our window up until our windows were installed, winchoice kept us updated on the process. The day our first sets of windows were installed, the installer, Terry ****** and his crew did a magnificent job. They were very professional. They were friendly, informative and helpful in showing how to operate them, that when we purchased our 2nd sets of windows we asked for him to install those also.
