We had a window company, Win Choice USA, Headquarters, 241 Main Ave, Mountain Pine AR 71956 come out to replace our (16) Year old windows in our home, some of them were leaking. They had (1) contractor to come to replace all (17) windows in our two-story home. It appeared to be a bit much for him, but he said he like to work alone. This company is terrible and not transparent. First, our salaryman showed up an hour and a half late. We asked for a breakdown of the costs, including material and labor to show how they came to such a high price and were TOLD we would get that estimate by morning of the next day. Never came. Surprise. I called and spoke to Raymond over the phone who told me, “Yeah. They’ll never do that. We price it by the unit.” What?! I would like to advise any one that is purchasing their wi does, don’t purchase from out of state, service is terrible I am still waiting for them to complete my windows that I purchase back in 01/27/2022. I have called multiple time and each time it’s always a different excuse Will not recommend them.

Great windows but be ready for the rest of your life to be called for referrals. Even after you ask to be removed from their call list another person WILL call. Then when you say that you've asked to be removed they will very condescendingly tell you they will " Do you a favor" and remove you from their list. I wanted windows not a life time of spam calls.

I ordered my windows on 9/1/21 and did not receive most of them until May of 2022. Since that time, I have attempted to report MULTIPLE issues with my windows that were installed and have not received 1 call back from WinChoice after leaving multiple messages with their customer service line!!! My signed contract with them stated all parts of the job would be complete within 120 days which did not happen. Measured 2-12-22 came out 5-12-22 5 installers? Had kitchen and bathroom windows .but said had to re measure patio? So they left.!! Installed nothing!! Very poor customer service. called supervisor *******.She lied just to think I would just wait another 3 weeks. NO.. No call back or contact since 5-17-22.. it is June 3rd. No windows No call. Past Cancel date..But I am sending paperwork to Cancel.DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY..THANK YOU .. NOW ITS SUMMER..

I put in an order for six new windows on January 31st, 2022. Today, May 10th, 2022 they have yet to finish the job. They installed a window that does not match the other five that they did as part of the job. I have had months of phone calls without them picking up, or responding most times. When the phone was answered, I was transferred to someone else who did not pick up. Today was the fourth time they were to install the correct window. I am frustrated,. I signed a contract for windows in OCTOBER 2021 it's APRIL 2022. I'm still waiting for one window to be installed that should've been installed initially with the others to begin with. They installed the majority of the windows in JANUARY 2022. we have been trying to get a resoluition to our problems with the installation of our windows. They never call to set an appointment or if they do they continue to change the dates. When they do come over it seems that the people do not know what they are doing. The anxiety level and stress is such that my wife is taking medication.
