RecommendedWe lost our pitbull mix March 13th during at home care for the prior day's injuries. For the injuries we rushed her immediately to a different vet, the absolute closest to our house, I'll keep it short and say they didnt care for our dog the way she should have been. It was a very traumatic couple of days. I love Randall Road Animal Hospital . I have had some urgent medical issues with my dogs , and everytime they have gotten it under control very quickly . They are great at updating me every step of the way , and understanding my concerns and answering my questions. Whenever there has been confusion , they are very quick to set it straight and explain costs or why things had to be done . I can't even begin to say how pleased my husband and I were with Randall Road Animal Hospital we had a bad experience with our old veterinarian where my cat had to have surgery for a small sore I had to take him back to Randall Road Animal Hospital after it got infected just 3 days after surgery and they had to redo surgery again where my cat is now recovering and looking better then he did from his first horrible experience cat's truly do have 9 Lives Randall Road Animal Hospital is a fantastic place and has now earned my ... read more

I need to say that they are ok with my pet Shea. She's tiny and white and cute, and spins around for fun. She was a rescue from an abusive breeding mill that kept her caged all day. She is slowly getting accustomed to life in a free roaming environment, and still shakes when strangers and strange men come near. The staff here at Randall Road understands this and gives her the care and consideration needed, and allows her to be afraid and makes her warm and comfortable.
