Yesterday i brought my dog Harlie in to get spayed and when I picked her up my car unfortunately got a gas leak. The hospital was so kind in making sure that we were ok a doctor even came out to ask if we needed anything. I wanted to give a special shout to Holly who really helped us out in making us and our dog fell comfortable while we waited for someone to pick us up. She really was a rock star! Had a great / safe visit at RRAH yesterday. My sweet girl was experiencing some tummy issues. The Vet Tech , Lisa came out and took down all the info and asked me great questions. She was then taken in to be examined by my very favorite Vet / Dr. B ( I have only been going to her for years with my 4 dogs) . Even tho my chocolate lab was nervous going inside w/o me the staff was amazing with her. All exam & treatment was explained completely. AMAZING doctors and staff and affordably priced. We make the trek out from Barrington to have th care for our 3 dogs and several rescue groups use them as well. HIGHLY recommend 👍

they are some amazing people. running out in the rain talking to owners about there pets and taking care of them then bringing them back out and explaining stuff to owners. wife and I bring all our dogs here. thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
They are always so professional and gentle with my two big dogs. Due to Covid-19, they have changed up the way they deal with pets and their owners and they're killing it! Even through this pandemic, they've remained professional with the safety of everyone at the front of their minds. Definitely recommend!
