Our dog Nikey has been a patient since day 1, for 7 years now. The staff is beyond amazing and compassionate. Poor thing has a history of colitis and everyone is so understanding and loving. I love the Dr’s as well. They know how much our fur baby means to us.
RRAH is great. We take our pet rats here and Dr. Borchardt is fantastic. We will be taking our dogs here from now on also. They have a clean facility, caring, friendly staff and are way cheaper than a lot of vets in this area.
Excellent service, and on a SUNDAY. We took our Mini-Doxie in because she woke up not being able to even stand up. The Team at Randall Road took excellent care, and provided the RIGHT treatment plan. In just 24 hours she is already showing a sharp turn around and walking on her own again. Thank you.
Randall Road Animal Hospital is made up of a team that truly cares for your animals. We have taken our two dogs and our cat there for several years. Have evening and weekend hours + vaccination discounts during the week!

The Drs and the staff at Randall Road in crystal lake have been above and beyond caring and helpful for our MingLi! After her surgery they made sure she was comfortable and days after made sure she was still hydrated and doing well. I am grateful to have such a reliable and caring hospital :)
