One of the more pleasant experiences I’ve had in home improvement. From our informative and zero pressure consult with Chris Shaffer to the install with Joe, everyone was first class. We never felt pressures to proceed with project, if anything Chris made the decision a no brainer after the time we spent together. And we never had a doubt with our install team, first class professionals.
We don’t usually take the time to do these, however this is direct feedback for you on our experience with Chris Shaffer. Brian took him time, explained everything and made sure to allow us to ask questions.
Recently met with Chris S to discuss doors and windows, although it became a door only meeting. Who knew how many options?!! Windows will have to wait, we are all in on doors right now. Chris patiently took us through the door design process, while explaining materials used, installation process, glass pack options, terminology, and finished pictures. Chris put several styles and colors on our home using what he called the visualizer until my wife picked the exact style she wanted. Couldn’t be more excited. Thank you!

Excellent service
Getting a new hinged patio door to replace our old one with rot, in addition to a new entry door for the front of our home. We can not believe the outrageous prices some places are asking! We could not be more pleased with the fair price we were given to proceed. We get tired of being "sold" to buy something.
