We’ve not purchased from Window Nation, we cannot speak to anything past our own initial consultation. We were a bit confused by receiving a lower price after our consultation and a different point of contact. That said, Chris S receives 5 stars from us for the time and service he provided. He is always welcome in our home.
Chris Shaffer was on time, professional, extremely caring and understood our challenges. We were struck by how intricately he understands what actually goes into the work being completed and the processes. In the end it felt like we were visited by a friend or family member. Chris is incredibly honest and transparent, We were getting the right recommendations for us, and not self serving interests of a company as most tend to operate these days. We give Chris 5 stars, he is an asset to your firm.
Very pleasant non-pressuring evaluation. Brian was down to earth and not pushy. I appreciate that very much. Pushy is a big turn off to me. We will be getting our install in a few weeks. Looking forward to this project.

Fast and easy experience. Only issue was contacting to change installation date. Had to make 3 calls to talk to someone who could assist.
