Met with Chris Shaffer, informative and to the point. No BS and no sales games. Didn’t have to “make a call to his boss” like every other window company does in a trick to make you think you’re getting a better deal. Chris is a man of his word. Looking forward to our new windows.
One of the more pleasant experiences I’ve had in home improvement. From our informative and zero pressure consult with Chris Shaffer to the install with Joe, everyone was first class. We never felt pressures to proceed with project, if anything Chris made the decision a no brainer after the time we spent together. And we never had a doubt with our install team, first class professionals.

Brian took him time, explained everything and made sure to allow us to ask questions.
Recently met with Chris S to discuss doors and windows, although it became a door only meeting. Who knew how many options?!! Windows will have to wait, we are all in on doors right now. Chris patiently took us through the door design process, while explaining materials used, installation process, glass pack options, terminology, and finished pictures. Chris put several styles and colors on our home using what he called the visualizer until my wife picked the exact style she wanted. Couldn’t be more excited. Thank you!
