The sales representative came well prepared and did an excellent job of describing the philosophy behind the construction of the windows and gave an in person demonstration of an actual window its construction and the various aspects of how to operate such windows. Finally the representative was able to answer every single question asked in great detail as well. Again-the presentation was very well orchestrated and worth listening to-which is not always the case.
