I inquired online about windows replacement. I received a call from a rep. Had a 12 pm appointment with Frank Lee the next day. Frank was on time, he gave a very informative presentation. We told him what we were looking for and our price range. He was able to address all of our questions and concerns. Finally we were able to agree on the price. We are getting new windows!
