Brendon did a stellar job representing Window World. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. His demonstration was the primary reason for our decision to purchase 4 replacement window. We’ve lived in our “flipped” house for 15 years. The windows were carpenter grade windows that leak and let bugs, wasps and moisture get inside. With the Colorado weather of sometimes having a variant temperature swing of as much as 50 degrees in the same day winter and summer, we expect the Window World windows will meet the challenge. I have be debating and getting quotes on windows for a couple years. Costs and high pressure sale staff, would dissuade me from purchasing. Elizabeth was professional, knowledgeable, and she did not pressure us at all but worked with us like a family member. She provided necessary information; window demo and warranty highlights to include comparisons warranties for other top rated vendors and multiple cost breakdowns. Nic was so easy to work with! She explained the differences in the types of windows, the levels of argon gas and the locking features on the windows. The 90 minutes spent with Nic were so nice as she went through the warranty and heat demonstration. I had another company come out to give an estimate and as you can tell, I didn’t go with them. The warranty with Window Nation alone is worth having them install my windows. The many options offered for my windows were great. Nic helped me get through all the necessary documentat... read more

From the initial call to get the appointment scheduled to when Nicole came out to meet with us was amazing. Nicole was very polite and talked about all the warranty information that she knew we were concerned with. The best part was when she actually showed us with the heat light of how well the window’s do.
