Chris was very personable and professional. He was not only knowledgeable about the product but sincerely cared about our needs. He was a breath of fresh air compared to your typical “salesman.” Although a great knowledgeable salesman, he wasn’t pushy or insensitive like many salesman are. He sold the product through kindness and knowledge of the product crafted to our needs and not by being pushy which we sincerely appreciated.

She throughly explained every step of the window replacement process from selection and financing to ordering and installation. We even threw her a curveball with a last minute alteration.
