Elizabeth Willis (Denver Area) did a great job of explaining and the demo was actually interesting! She is friendly, approachable, and easy to be around. The windows haven't been installed yet, but they look great and I am hoping to eventually get all changed out. If possible, it would be good to use electric bills to demonstrate an ROI that includes warrantied replacements for window breakage. It's not unreasonable to expect at least 3 in 10 years.
