The window I purchased is everything I had hoped for and more. The sales rep, Chris Smith spent all the time needed to help me understand what I was purchasing. Everything the Chris Smith described to me is just as he said. The installers were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable of their job. I had one small issue and it is being corrected with ease.
