It’s been 8 months and we are still trying to figure out fundamental issues. Your installers showed up to my house and said they couldn’t do the job on the contract. I asoed to cancel and was threatened it would be $20k for them to walk away. Absolutely a predatory business that has no care for what is right.

Some of the windows were incorrectly ordered (7 windows out of 14 plus 2 patio windows). Additionally, one of the screens for our patio window was missing. Adding an additional 4-5 weeks to complete our project.. Then, when the corrected order arrived, there was a missing screen for one of the bay windows. Finally, we put in a change order one week after placing our order to pay cash for the windows rather than finance them through Green Sky, but it was not done, so we had to pay off the project through Green Sky.
