I was disappointed with the factory quality control. I'm waiting on glass for two windows that they should never have shipped. Also the patio door has imperfections and half of it is being replaced. There was pressure to get the windows installed and paid for that day. I know it was end of the month but can't believe one installation would make a difference.

My drywall was damaged and I later found my tub had scuff marks. The window installers lost one of the screens and we still don't have a screen.

Basically, my windows were ordered incorrectly, and it took an extra month to remedy the situation.

The high pressure sales tactic is off putting and being told you have to make a decision immediately or you lose your sale price is predatory. The only reason we moved forward is because we had other companies in for quotes (that didn’t expect an on the spot decision) and Window Nation was a little cheaper. Although the windows are great, that experience will make us go with another company for our next 14 windows that need to be replaced.
