Their was not quality check on the windows before they were installed. Most of them have some sort of manufacturing defect or are damaged

The job was botched the first time and delayed on the correction. The customer service through the resolution process was absolutely horrible.

Shipping was delayed and installers used aa lot more caulk than I liked

Very surprised with the amount of caulk used, about an inch or larger gap under two windows filled with caulk. Were the windows the wrong size?

I would rate a 0. I would not refer anybody because I have never got my issues resolved and no one seems to care. I did all my windows, and they don't care. They don't meet the Colorado energy code and the U factor is incorrect for Colorado. They are missing caulking and my windows freeze on the inside. I have a couple of small windows that were ordered incorrectly and there is a two-inch gap. The gentleman that came out to measure them was fired.
