The window itself is great. It was a big project of replacing an old bow window. I was told it was going to be a 'like for like' exchange, which is what I expected, with a little bit of difference, which we agreed on. When they put the window in, they had to make it work in my space, and I'm not sure if it was mis-measured, but it wasn't a 'like for like' exchange. That's what I'm trying to accept.

The initial consult visit with the sales consultant was good. We decided to enter into a contract. After signing, I seen on TV advertisements about buy 1 get 1 free. I inquired with customer service about having this offer applied to my window deal and was told no it was not an active advertisement and could no longer be applied. The advertisement is still happening today and when asked about it again, was told they would look into it.
