We have problems with the window and screens submitted everything they asked for and have not responded according to their own time frame. Nothing we can find has phone numbers to call. Have to look them up.

I don't think I would recommend you to a friend. I didn't have a pleasant experience, and I don't have much confidence that another installation would be any different. The garden gnome was cute, but hardly made up for such a sloppy installation.

Follow-up on issues relating to bad caulking, potential seal problems and lock of safety catches is non-existent. Steve came a week ago to collect the check, promised the follow up and hasn’t been heard from since. I had to remove caulking on 5 windows and redo wallboard that installers had inadvertently cut, re-mud, prime, paint and recaulk. Also had to repaint all exterior trim where paint was cut off.
