The sales person was very kind and courteous, but she did not communicate clearly that she was selling me white windows due to the price point and my budget when I had stated that I wanted black windows. The installers were about to leave, but luckily had me inspect their work and the two upper Windows looked absolutely terrible, worse than the windows they had replaced. The windows are nice and the installers did a great job. The sales process was what we had an issue with. We were promised that the windows would be built in Denver and were told that this was important due to the elevation difference between the Midwest and the install elevation. The learned after the windows were ordered and paid for that they were built in the Midwest. We were promised an install date of June 1st and the windows were finally installed in mid August.
