The guys who came and did the window installation (we had all windows in our house replaced) were very good, efficient, and prompt. All other interactions or attempts to talk with the organization have been terrible. When windows were installed they were supposed to include screens but most screens were the wrong size. It has been over a month and we cannot get anyone to return a call or let us know when screens will arrive. Nowell was amazing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not rush through the presentation and patiently answered all of our questions. There was no high pressure sales tactics. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase windows.
