We couldn't be happier with our experience with Window Nation. At no time, did we feel pressure to do anything. In fact, Justin acted as a consultant/advisor and even suggested a more expensive option was not appropriate for our situation. The installation crew did a great job and were super friendly and courteous. The job was done right the first time. And, we LOVE our new windows and can already tell a difference from what we had before.

Unfortunately I can't give a better rating at this time due to the following issues: Ordered Hunter Green Windows --Received White Was told $2k would be deducted from my loan. --Two months into payment & the loan company hasn't received any documentation requesting this discount. --Had to lodge a complaint against Joshua Tober since he has been handling this issues. Orlando did a good job on the windows but ran into problems with the sliding glass door. He phoned a friend from a different company to help. I lost some confidence about being able to make a positive recommendation, at that point.
