Miss measured one window. Had to wait for a month to get it right. Didn't send the right color trim. Whe it finally came, installer didn't do a very good job. Finally sent someone who knew what he was doing. Took over 4 months to finally get it all done. Unacceptable business practices. No one seemed to know what was going on. A lot of jumping through hoops to get it right. Will NOT recommend your company to anyone!! OVER PRICED FOR WHAT WE GOT.

Great product, competitive bid, installers were absolutely the best, top-notch. Really took pride on the quality of their work. You’re one biggest challenge, if you’ve got fix, rearrange, re-traffic you’re totally complete shit show mixup of telemarketing. We received so many calls, from people that had no clue about the project. It was always a different person so you had to repeat the whole project. You promised me a Visa gift card for coming out to give us a quote , we actually bought the replacement windows thru out the house and were told the Visa gift card would take about 4 weeks to arrive, we never received it! It’s been 5 months now!!!!

5 of our largest windows were measured wrong. 2 sliding doors have screens that are not right after 2 crews have been out to install them.
