At the end of the day, I have windows that I can live with, but windows that I'm not happy about. We chose Window Nation over other options because we could get the color we wanted on the outside while still getting white windows on the inside. We paid a premium for the color on the outside of our windows. After selecting the perfect color, our sales rep followed up weeks later to tell us we couldn't use the color he had shown us but that he had an alternate that was essentially the same and we needed to hurry and approve it... read more

Windows installed over 4 months after sale, but I was told that upfront. On day of installation, screens didn't fit, per one of the installers, and new measurements would be sent off. Windows beautiful, no issues with installers. After waiting a few days with no update provided, I called and no one was aware of my issue, so i just kept being placed on hold several times. I finally recieved an email stating the screens should arrive first or second week of december.
