by far the worst service department I have ever dealt with . In any other city you would not stay in business
Seen a truck on there web site and went in there to make the deal and they would not sell to me because there parts manger needed the truck to drive So why put it on the web page if your not going to sell it kinda like false advertising Plus if he needed a truck so bad give him a used one There loss went to Hanson Ford and ordered a new truck with way better personal service and mot treated like a number
Definitely don’t recommend Windsor Ford even though they have shuttle service as they overcharge. Two winter tires shouldn’t cost over $700 and radiator shouldn’t cost $2000 when I have warranty
I do not recommend Windsor Ford, This place over charges people. They didn’t do anything on our car and charged close to $200.00 just to tell us we needed a new Radiator. They did no work on it. Just looked to see what the problem was. They charge way too much for service . They also charged us $700.00 for two winter tires and didn’t recycle the old ones. If you got the money to spend. I don’t recommend this place. Will Never Go here.
Family bought a used jeep about a year ago and had trouble pretty much right away and tried to get in before the supposed 30 day warranty period was up and was told twice they were too busy and would call her back and never did. She has since moved and still continues to have issues with this vehicle. Brutal service!!!
Services is horrible. Can’t do the simplest oil change on my investment. Almost blew up my 140k truck Unresponsive and lie About man power to finish work promptly. the management is over payed to sit and do nothing. I do not recommend them. Tell me they will give me a ride home I sit for over a hour nothing to see they didn’t fix my truck again and it’s still leaking out of the oil filter.
