Horrible place! Booked in for 11am didn’t get my truck until 4:30pm!! Nobody came and talked to me during these 5.5hrs or updated me, everyone was rude and my truck needed maybe an hrs worth of work. Never coming back again

when it is cold you could ensure the diesels are plugged in, You could admit that you made a mistake when you try to start someone's frozen diesel until the batteries die. then instead of telling someone that you checked the batteries and they are no good and won't hold a charge and you need to put new ones in....... actually warm them up and test them. The -40 to -50 temperatures always play a tough challenge on the dealership and often results in us pulling in vehicles like Diesels into the shop to keep them warm or thaw them out. I have never left this dealership without a new problem to fix on my vehicle, or without having to wait longer because they didn’t do one of things I called in about prior. A lot of time wasted time. Recently had a “detail” that looked about as good as if I had done it myself.

they dont care about there customers most of the employees there are very rude and was told today they dont care if they have my business

the quick lane that is not quick AT ALL. screwed up the electrical on our brand new truck while doing a service. called to ask if they would get it in asap to fix it the issues they caused and they could care less about the concerns. last 4 times over 3 hours for an oil change! we have bought multiple vehicles from them. they have gone down hill bad they will not see any business from me ever again. worst service I have ever received.

Looks like Windsor Deleted My review. I went back to look for the email address they left for me to send the pictures and videos too. So I will leave the view again On February 14 a WINDSOR FORD vehicle driven by a WINDSOR FORD employee was stopped at a stop sign, as my husband was approaching the White F-250 cut him off, He narrowly avoided hitting the F-250 by slightly swerving to the right and hit a pile of ice. i wanted to leave a comment before but i believe in second chances and the ford reputation. I am however dissapointed both times to see if they can make it right. i called in about getting a couple warranty items done and ended up adding a TSB in there to which was great, thing were being handled well and i set up the appointment and dropped my truck off. so far so good. i made note several times during the process that anything that isnt warranty covered and required to be charged i would like to be notified BEFORE any work... read more

Horrible service, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! 21 days ago on a Friday, I bought a Ford F-150 2015 Lariat, that night I found out that the sunroof doesn’t work, so we took the truck back and asked them to take a look. They said it would be about 2 hours, I had to work, so my boyfriend stayed with the truck. 3 1/2 hours later my boyfriend (with a dead cell phone) went up to the services department and the guy we bought the truck from and asked why the truck hasn’t went into the shop yet. Worst customer service ever!! I do not recommend this place for anything!! Like really guys you forget to put the air Filter in his truck when we actually waited patiently for almost 4 hours for an oil change!!! Not really professional hard working place at all!! Horrible work in history!
