worst service I've ever had and I feel that some of there employees think their s*** don't stink

I was taking my car to Windsor Ford for my maintenance. The last time I was in for a service I ask for some assistance getting a replacement key fob for which I have warranty coverage. They told me they never heard of such a think and would have to look into it and get back to me. I gave them all the information and it’s been two weeks and I have not heard from anyone. I felt that my business didn’t matter to them so I called Jim Hansen and they were able to help me out. I won’t be taking my car back to them

Paid 6500 for a maintenance package yet they still charged me for a break inspection..
Great sales guys, awesome reception lady, great parts people but unfortunately two certain service advisors ruined my experience. First time in there for service & unless I’m stuck with no other place to go it will be my last.
My experience buying my new vehicle at Windsor Ford was a pleasure thanks to Ryan Lane who was my salesman. He answered any questions I had and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. He has touched base with me a couple of time already just to make sure everything is going well. My experience in the Finance/Warranty office was not as pleasant. Horrible customer service, will never deal with them ever again. Message me if you want to know the REASONS why. I would not go to this company of it was the last place in town. Customer service is obviously not a service they value, this place may have been the place to go when "daddy" owned it and has now been passed down to his two sons who are enjoying a free ride! Horrible service! Just charged me $1300.00 to change a manifold gasket, then told me I had a bad tie rod end and they wanted $600.00 to change that! When I said no, the service advisor said "people are horrible" because they always say no to extra work that they find on the vehicle, maybe if you didn't fu#king rip people off they wouldn't mind saying yes to extra work.
