Great maintenance Windsor is a great place to live. The maintenance is great as well. Jacob O’Brien has helped and maintained my property exceptionally well.

Happy Home The community here is friendly and respectful! Office staff is very attentive. The grounds are always kept up nice and clean. My apartment turned out better than I expected when moving in.

Great location Great location! I didn't lease from them though as I need a 6 month lease, and they only do yearly. Nice apartment though had a washer and dryer and close to WSU. If you're looking for a nice area I'd stop by.

fantastic place! Visited Windsor Place Apartments recently for a one bedroom apartment! The location was great, close to Wright State University & Wright Patt Air Force Base, as-well as the Fairfield mall ! They look to be recently upgraded and are absolutely beautiful & definitely make these stand out from other apartments around. Staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
