Nice Manager on phone I'm moving to Dayton and was looking for a updated apartment that is close to the base, I called and spoke with the manager she told me she would have a new renovated apartment within three to four weeks which is right in my time frame. She took the time to walk me through the online application and I'm looking forward to moving at the end of August.

Great location and nice community This is a great location and very affordable apartments. Close to everything. Landscaping always looks nice and well kept. The manager Ashley is very friendly and helpful.
Great place A new management company has taken over recently. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They address any concerns very quickly. They have made a huge improvement on landscaping and keeping our grounds clean. They're evening painting and renovating. Great location also. Close to Wright state and Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

The ideal apartments in the area! Everything was perfect with this community! The staff especially was great! Maintenance is done promptly and right the first time, and administrative duties are done with no fuss. The location is also great! It is just under a mile to Wright State, making it a good walk or a fast bike ride. It is also far enough away that you lose the noise without losing the atmosphere. Steer clear I lived at these apartments for the past three years. I moved in when it was owned by another company but as soon as Towne Properties took over everything went severely downhill. If I had a problem I would call and call and call. Leave voicemail after voicemail. I would never get a response which meant I had to drive over to their other property since they removed the leasing office from Windsor Place. Managment is evil and this ad is a lie Let me address the ad first. They removed the outdoor picnic area. The doors to the building hallway are always stuck unlocked. The onsite laundry often fails. There is no longer a manager onsite (probably a liability given how they treat people there). Please steer clear of this hell hole. Amenities all evaporated during my 2 years there or are crumbling. All your fire alarms go off when one of your 12 neighbors burns something. And management... They aren't just terrible, they're evil... read more
