Happy Resident I just moved in last month and I love my apartment and its so pretty. My neighbors all seem friendly and complex is always quiet. Also Abbi in the office is always sweet and helpful.

Great Community This apartment community is so cute! It sits back off away from the main road, the grounds are really nice and well kept! The apartments are are really big and nice as well. Definitely a top contender.

Nice Manager on phone I'm moving to Dayton and was looking for a updated apartment that is close to the base, I called and spoke with the manager she told me she would have a new renovated apartment within three to four weeks which is right in my time frame. She took the time to walk me through the online application and I'm looking forward to moving at the end of August.
