It was very professional
Dr. Winick did the best possible on a tooth that after looking back at my dental records, it appeared the tooth had been sealed by another dentist to save the tooth before inserting a new crown.Unfortunately, the tooth will have to be extracted. Overall, I was very impressed with Dr. Winick and his staff.
The worst part is the anesthetizing with Novacaine. Once that took effect, the actual procedure was very pain free. The rest of the day I was very sore. Use of Ibruprofin took care of that. The dental surgeon and dental assistant were both very informative and caring in their procedures. They were both great! The use of the shim to hold my mouth open for the length of the procedure caused soreness in my jaw joints I can see why it was used because I could never hold my jaw open that far for the duration of the root canal.
The procedure went well. Unfortunately they didn't allow me to make any type of payments and expected 1000 dollars on the day of and didn't tell me before hand, that the amount must be paid in full, putting me into financial distress.
10/10 the staff from the front desk to the hands on assistants to the doctors everyone was fantastic and very nice. I had a root canal done and felt absolutely zero pain throughout the whole thing. I highly recommend coming here if you need something done!
They are very efficient and very fast....was in and out in 70 minutes. My only issue was the music in background was loud, I'm hard of hearing..so it really was hard to hear what the assistant or doctor was saying, since they also had masks on. Other than that was happy that it went smoothly and quickly. I just wish I could have heard what was being said more clearly, felt like I didn't know what was happening. I have little to no pain and overall happy I went there.
