Cannot get a llive body on the phone unless you hold forever and then they say that they cannot help you. My loan was supposed to be funded on Friday and I missed an e-mail saying there was an issue. Reponded to e-mail late yesterday afternoon and stil l no calls from anyone regarding this. Finally got approved today. Poor customer service.
