I have paid off 3 loans with you. When I requested a new loan I was denied “because of the status of the loan”. When I asked about the status I received no answer.

Worst experience, I paid the full amount 2 day after receiving the loan. 1 week later they are charging me $144+$17 stating I need to pay for the interest of the loan that wasn't paid. However my account shows payment on 9/20 and posted on 9/23. This is unethical amd robbery what they are doing great. Will never refer business to them!
