I have been trying for 9 hours to talk with someone or get a response from my email and it hasn’t happened
Horrible customer service. I will no longer be doing busy with this company and suggest no one else does.
Deceptive practices. Attempted to pay loan off after 3 days. Interest unmoved. Asked before I took the loan, flat out lied to me.
Not pleased. I had to redo info several times and told the money would go to bank today. Bank still has not received deposit.

This is the worst place to ever try and get a loan, much less talk to someone who knows anything at all. I was APPROVED for a loan, in which they deposited to THE WRONG BANK ACCOUNT and then once I called back to check on the process of getting it fixed (as I was instructed to do) I’m now not approved? Make that make sense. What a complete joke.
Interest rate is unbelievable.
Customer service was patient and extremely helpful. Great job!!
