We ordered replacement flooring from Wisteria Lane to fix a section of our flooring that was water damaged. The replacement flooring was a different model number with differnt locking systems making the replacement boards incompatible with the Wisteria boards we already had. I talked to Jay the manager and he agreed to refund the boxes at the outer island store but also informed me that if I cut off the locking mechanisms on the first row of floor and glued them in then the rest of the repair boards would lock in. Firstof all I want to say the prices were great and the product was great had no problem with that at all. My problem was the fact that I bought a large order of laminate flooring and they only had half of my order which I took, after coming to buy my second half nobody told me it was a different size and that it would not fit into each other thus I have a lot of extra of my first order, that was okay also. Westeria Lane provided good service and prices on Hawaiian hardwood laminate flooring for my project. The flooring was perfect for the Hawaiian look and feel that was needed.

My order was 11 months ago and you're just asking me now how I liked the wood?? The wood that was good was ok, but way too much was deffective and we almost couldn't finish the job. And considering I did an entire house, it wasn't what I dreamed about. However the man you recommended to do the work was fantastic!

We order beautiful flooring from them at a really good price. I did not want it delivered so they arranged for us to pick up a harbor. They initially over ordered but had no problems refunding us difference. They even recommend an installer who did a great job. We love our new floor. Michael and Elsa Ecsedy.

It was a very pleasant experience buying my wood flooring from Wisteria Lane. They had just the right wood flooring and I was able to have it picked up the same day.

The problem we have with the snap and click is that is still "squeaks" when we walk on it. It might be the installation. But I did install a bamboo floor that was tounge and grove that you glued the groove side and we are not having any issues

I like the appearance of my floor, but it makes so much noise when you walk on it. I thought it might get better with time, but it's been down for a year and hasn't gotten quieter. Friends have told me that the wood should have been allowed to adjust to the humidity and altitude of our location before being installed, and that this would have made for a quieter floor. When humidity is up it cracks more than when it's dry outside, but it always cracks a lot. I wish there was a solution. Sincerely, Dale Collier Kula, Maui
