I have lived at my location for 2 years and never had an issue that was not addressed, until now. I left in good standing and assumed my security deposit would be used for carpet replacement and minor cleaning upon move out. I have an excessive bill and when explained to me, it is nothing at all mentioned in the lease. I would really like to settle this debt, but fairly and accurately is all I ask. I have yet to receive a call back from corporate.
I have lived in my apartment for almost six years. I really enjoyed living here at first. I am disabled, but recently went back to work part time to supplement my income. I had asked about 3 years ago about getting a walk in shower and a new commode put in, one that sits higher than a standard commode. I wouldn't know how to rate woda Cooper companies through personal experience, but not for a lack of trying. For a little over 2 months I have sent emails, called any number I could find, stopped by listed properties and for the life of me I can not get ahold of someone to try and do business with them. They are building a brand new apartment complex right by my home, that I'm ready to move from. All I want is to keep my kids in their school district. Been waiting on a unit for almost 2 months now in freeport Fl. Rosemary Place. Didn't renew the current lease agreement with my past landlord and now ive been in a hotel only to hear from Pam give us another week when I was told move in was back in February. Enough is enough now no one is answering the phone, is this location going to open or not please stop wasting people time starting to seem very unprofessional and people are banking in your professionalism to get proper housing and you all seem not to even care.
I have lived here for over a year and agreements of the lease have still not been fulfilled. I went all last summer with no air conditioning and it is still broken as we speak. Temperature today will reach 80° and my compressor is still broken so I still have no air conditioning for today. No one can tell me when I’m getting the new air compressor.
