I'm writing this review because of the company that owns ******* Green in ******* **** does not and are supposed to have snow removal. And they do not remove the snow even after the big storm we've had. And if you live on top of the hill around ****** Drive You're stuck. Can't get in you can't get out. There's been a car stuck down the bottom of the hill on ****** Drive for 4 days now can't move. Caregivers have to park down the bottom of the hill and walk up to their clients. Our sincere apologies as we were not made aware that the snow removal company would not be coming. As soon as we were informed of this,we immediately called another company to plow the parking lots, which they did.****** Drive is owned and maintained by the Village so they are responsible for snow removal there. The safety of our residents is critical, and always a priority.

Tactics are unfair for determining who can rent from them and who cannot. When you think you are being given an opportunity to correct an error on your current rental history per working with the Manager in charge and you find out that that manager is no longer employed and so next you receive a notice from some committee stating you have been denied an apartment. In addition, her rent payments were late five times during her last rental with our company.If the information we have regarding the money owed to her past landlord is inaccurate, she needs to correct it with them or the credit agencies. I reached out to Woda Cooper to inform them that an employee of theirs was using my 17 year old to do their work for him, granting her access to personal tenant information such as social security numbers, income information, etc. and absolutely nothing was done. Could not even get a return phone call.

Been here for a little over a year I have mold in my bathroom a rotten stove moves into a dirty unit I have a new born child who i can't bring himeyet due to mold not that im back to work in paying on back rent still facing eviction never could get in a payment plan I have no family here if I get out all I have is my car to sleep with the fear of my child being taken from me where is the help at with the company

We pay $754 a month and they still wanna treat us like section 8. Property manager is always on her high horse and giving us phony inspection violations. Main one is she says our apartment smells even when we've cleaned it top to bottom and no one else can smell it including the maintenance guy she brought for inspection. I think she has something else against us because it's been like this from the beginning

On 04/02/2025, I contact Leewood Place in *******, **. ****** showed there were three available units. When I spoke with the woman working there she told me that these units were for people who had more income, I have a section 8 housing voucher, and she told me I could pay the $35 application fee and get on the waiting list if I am approved but I was not eligible to move into one of those units since I am lower income. Getting Ready to show some video to WSAZ Woda, you have had 6 of your employees to lie about fixing a ceiling leak. And repainting. Cant get into the building to pay my rent, can't receive mail here. Not able to use the community building or amenities. DISCRIMINATION!!!!!! It's terrible to retaliate against someone who has disabilities. GRAB A STRAW CAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEE RUN COMPANY SUCKS!!!!!!!

My g/f has been at ************* almost 2 years and had no problems until they put a new property manager in place along with a new maintenance guy. It's pretty obvious what's going on between those ***** They don't hide it well. That's very un-proffessional. If it snows on a Saturday, you're waiting till Monday to get sidewalks and steps cleared and salted, but if they need something from you, it better be now.
